The Good Fight

Over his career, Jon has received nationwide recognition for his work on major tort and class action lawsuits, including defective product cases. This included serving as co-lead counsel in a product defect case on behalf of approximately 5 million individuals who owned defective Remington 12-gauge shotguns. The case settled in 2018 after 18 years of hard-fought litigation.
